APPLICATION
This machine is used in the drilling of bridges, profile steels and flat plates in bridge engineering, water conservancy and port engineering, offshore oil drilling platforms, heavy steel structures and other industries.
FEATURES
- Integrated machine with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic elements;
- H-beam steel or box beams are directly placed on the supporting platform.There are several horizontal T-slots to fix the workpiece on the platform;
- The gantry moves longitudinally on the base, guided by the heavy-duty linear rolling. Guides are installed on the bases on both sides.driven. Servo motor driving, precision reducer and rack &pinion. The gantry is equipped with a hydraulic locking system;
- Three CNC-feeding sliding drilling power heads are installed on the moving gantry, which are used for drilling large-size H-beam steel or box beams;

- There are positioning cylinders on the upper and lower raceways to ensure the accuracy of drilling;
